Ordering, Shipping & Returns

How Can I Place an Order?

We only accept orders online via our website and cannot take payments over the phone for security reasons.  If for any reason you should experience difficulty with placing an order online, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will assist you.

How Long Will My Item Take To Be Made?

We will do our best to have each item made as quickly as possible whilst ensuring we never compromise on quality. Most items will be delivered within 2 weeks. If you require your item sooner, please get in touch with us via the contact form to see if your delivery timeframe is achievable.

Do You Offer Refunds/Exchanges?

We offer a 14 day return period on all items for a full refund or exchange, this starts from the day you receive your order. Please ensure it is returned to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery (or similar) for a fully insured and tracked delivery service. If the item does not reach us safely then we are not liable to refund or issue an exchange.

All items must be returned in their presentation box in brand new/unworn condition along with all paperwork we enclosed. 

We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible but please be aware it can take up to 5-7 working days for the funds to reach you. 

Do You Offer a Warranty on your Jewellery?

We certainly do, our warranty is valid for up to 5 years.  Please, however, do be aware this only applies if there appears to be a manufacturing issue, for example, if a stone has fallen out but there is no sign of heavy wear or damage to the item. If there are signs of heavy wear or accidental damage, then this will not be covered and there will be a charge for the labour required to fix this and to replace any lost or damaged stones. 

What Packaging Will My Item Come In?

All our items come in a branded box of a suitable size to that of your chosen piece. The outer packaging is completely plain to ensure it doesn’t get into the wrong hands or ruin any element of surprise should it be a gift.

How Do I Care For My Jewellery?

Please always remove your ring when going to the gym or doing something involving heavy lifting, as all metal can distort/bend if pressure is applied.

We suggest cleaning your jewellery frequently using warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush.  Washing up liquid will help to remove any unwanted dirt or grease that clings the stones. Leave your items to soak for about 10/15 minutes and then gently use a toothbrush to clean, ensuring the bristles get in between each stone.

If you would like your item professionally cleaned and re-polished then you are welcome to return it to us where we will do our best to fully restore it for you. This costs £35 per item. Contact Us for more details.

Do You Offer A Repair Service?

We certainly do, however, only for items we have personally made. Should your item be outside of your warranty with us or have been accidentally damaged then we will need you to return it to us for full assessment before committing to a repair cost as it’s very hard to determine the extent of repair required from just a photograph.

Will My Delivery Be Insured?

We use a Royal Mail Special Delivery service within the UK and a TNT/Fedex or DHL delivery for anything outside of the UK. Each item we ship is fully insured so in the very unlikely event it got lost in transit we would do our very best to have a replacement item made and sent out to you as quickly as possible. 

Is Sorella a Sustainable Brand?

We are a small family run business and nothing is produced on mass. All items are manufactured in our London workshop and the working conditions for our staff are of a particularly high standard.  All of the metal we use is 100% recycled gold and all metal/materials are ethically sourced. The beauty of only supplying lab grown diamonds and cubic zirconia stones is that you never have to question whether they are conflict free.
